No two candidates are the same. That’s why your programme adapts as you progress. Every coach on the Tier 1 Pathway is a Physical Training Instructor, bringing first-hand experience from selection, training, and the front line. We know exactly what works - and what doesn’t. With that wealth of experience, we’ve built the blueprint to turn preparation into precision.
The Tier 1 Guarantee: Complete 6+ months with us, follow every session your coach sets, and if you don’t pass the selection process of the course you are going on due to physical performance, we’ll continue coaching you for free until you do. Tier 1 prepares you physically, mentally, and tactically for the exact demands of your desired arduous

How do I get involved?

Getting started is simple:
Complete the application form or Drop me a DM on Instagram.

No but to unlock your full potential, a gym membership or access to equipment is required. This allows us to build a complete programme covering strength, conditioning, and military-specific prep

Yes — a minimum of 12 weeks. Real results don’t happen overnight. It takes 8–12 weeks for adaptations to take place, so this keeps both you and your coach accountable to the process

We ask for 4 weeks notice to cancel your plan.

What happens after I sign up?
We’ll kick things off with an onboarding call. Your coach will:
1.Get you set up in our coaching database
2.Take you through your Testing Week
3.Build your personalised training plan around your results
Unlike generic training plans, Tier 1 is built around you. Every pathway is designed by serving or former Royal Marines PTIs with real-world experience of what’s required to succeed. You’ll get:
•A fully personalised programme based on your testing week results
•Accountability check-ins and direct 1:1 support
•Access to a community of like-minded individuals on the same journey
•Precision training methods that cut out the guesswork and deliver results
You can choose:
  • Monthly subscription
  • 3 or 6 months upfront (with a discounted rate)

Most recruits train 4–6 sessions per week, depending on your starting level and upcoming deadlines. Your coach will build the schedule around your availability and recovery needs.

Our coaches are trained in exercise rehab and injury prevention. If you pick up a knock, your programme will be adjusted so you can continue progressing safely without losing momentum.
